This sale will be conducted as a multi-parcel Auction with 4 tracts selling individually or in any combination. After the tracts are offered on an individual basis, the auctioneer will entertain subsequent rounds of bidding whereby buyers are permitted to combine tracts of their choosing at a higher bid value. Buyers can place bids on individual tracts, any combination of tracts or all the tracts as a package, at anytime until bids are closed. The property will sell in the manner that results in the highest price, subject to the aggregate reserve of $2,015,852.80 ($6,400 per acre). The seller will not pay the CAUV tax recoupment.
